Privacy and File Handling

What we process

We process the DXF artwork and session files you choose to upload only to provide the requested layout, electrical, fabrication, nesting, and export functions. Generated files and active job data are stored temporarily so the application can complete your session.

Retention and cleanup

Uploaded DXFs, generated files, temporary job folders, and abandoned processing files are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Local browser downloads remain under your control. Do not upload files you are not authorized to use.

Minimal operational records

We retain the minimum operational information needed to run and improve the beta, such as timestamp, event type, success or failure, file size, object count when available, and the application version. Uploaded job data is scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Minimal acceptance and operational records are retained for up to 90 days. We avoid retaining uploaded filenames unless operationally necessary.

Anonymous repeat-use measurement

The beta uses a randomly generated first-party browser identifier and a separate session identifier to estimate uploads, downloads, and repeat use. These identifiers are not accounts, are not browser fingerprints, and do not identify you as a person. Clearing browser storage or using another browser/device creates a new identifier.

Sharing and contact

We do not sell uploaded artwork or use it for advertising. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the beta or when required by law. For privacy or deletion questions, contact the project owner through the contact method published with the beta release.
